Blockchain & Elections

December 23, 2020 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm UTC-5

The COVID Pandemic resulted in record numbers of people voting by mail and other remote voting methods. While there continue to be discussions about the reliability of remote voting. One thing is clear. We need tools to verify the integrity of remote voting methods. Join us for an online discussion about how blockchain can support remote voting. We will discuss:

  • How secure is blockchain-based voting compared with traditional remote voting techniques?
  • What standards exist or are needed for blockchain-based voting.
  • What are the current blockchain-based tools and solutions to support elections?
  • What are the legal & regulatory, and political considerations related to blockchain voting?
