February 12, 2018 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm UTC+0

Los Angeles Government Blockchain Association Presents:

“Integrating Direct Democracy Voting on Blockchain Technologies”

Presenting Guest Speaker,  US Congressional Candidate Michael Allman who is taking on the current representative in the 52nd district of California. Allman is a 21-year resident of the district, he has served as a senior executive with Sempra Energy, as well as the President of a successful start-up software company. He has taken his skills and passion into politics with a concept that utilizes innovative Blockchain technology.  His methods enable his constituents to individually and specifically inform him of how they would like him to vote on any piece of legislation — ostensibly directly dictating their votes through the representative and into legislative action. He has promised that, if elected, he will vote as his Constituents vote, regardless of party.  A “disruptor” who has taken it on himself to protect San Diego residents with his “direct democracy” approach, and facilitating it all upon a Blockchain platform, built to ensure the gift of “direct democracy.”  So again, we look forward to a great evening of education to Blockchain technology, Current and relatable topics, with our first event focused topic: Integrating Direct Democracy Voting on Blockchain Technology

As we launch our first event we look forward to bridging the conversation between Public and Private sectors, introducing innovative integrations.  Blockchain has the ability to stay progressive and essential for the daily adaptions in the tech world and we intend to introduce all varied integrations of Blockchain.
