Audio / Video Team
The A/V Team creates video and audio content for marketing, and educational purposes. It interacts with the event, marketing, training, and website teams.
Local Event Staff
The local event team volunteers on the day of the conference or event helping with load in, local deliveries, set up, hosting, clean up, and load out.
Global Operations / Sales Team
The Global Operations / Sales Team is responsible for connecting, communicating, and coordinating with civil servants, professional members, and organizational members to bring value to members and support the sales of membership, training, assessments, and events. The team functions as the global hub for geographic areas of responsibility.
Graphic Arts Team
The Graphics Arts Team designs and produces artwork and images for posts, promotions, training, signage, and Oher promotional art work.
Program Management Office (PMO)
The PMO is responsible for coordinating the work of the various working groups and GBA teams. They coordinate with all the other teams so that the members of the organization are informed and operate in a synchronized manner.
Social Media Team
The Social Media Team is responsible for getting the word out about GBA and our members on all social media platforms. This includes writing posts, tagging, and promoting social media content.
Writing Team
The Writing Team writes press releases, blogs, articles, website content, and all types of text for use by the GBA members and teams.
