Election Rules

1. Please review the Candidates and their summaries.
2. All GBA members may vote. Only votes from active members will be counted. Votes from expired members will not be countened. You can check your GBA membership status at https://gbaglobal.org/account-info. If you have any difficulty with your membership please email support@GBAglobal.org.
3. There are four open Board Seats and nine candidates. Please vote for up to four seperate individuals. Multiple votes for the same candidate will not be submitted.
4. If you change your mind, you may vote again.  Only the most recent vote will be counted.
5. When you cast your ballot a notification will be sent to several disintersted parties that will have copies of the ballots and will audit the final vote count.
6. The voting window closes at 10:00 PM (New York) on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.
7. The election results will be certified by the GBA Ethics Officer & the former GBA Board Chair.
