2025 Strategic Priorities

As we gear up for 2025, I’m thrilled to share some bodacious news! Next year, GBA will reduce the number of conferences we host, so we can focus on two game-changing priorities: driving Blockchain Maturity Model (BMM) adoption and securing funding opportunities for our members.

Both conferences and BMM initiatives are vital, but with limited resources, we must prioritize what’s strategically important. The BMM is the only industry framework helping members like you build trust, scale solutions, and unlock new income opportunities. From trainers and consultants to organizational members, the BMM provides tools to strengthen product confidence, assist acquisition officials, and guide investors in smarter decision-making.

We’re also encouraging all working groups to collaborate with the GBA Project Funding Working Group. By submitting grant applications, pursuing government contracts, and exploring financing opportunities, we can collectively elevate our impact.
