Independent Directors from USA, Europe and Singapoure for Board (remote job)

My name is Abylaikhan. I am a new member and CEO of AQ Group company. AQ Group is a family-owned, private company with a 22-years history. The holding company is located in Dubai. The shareholders are citizens of Kazakhstan, and all the company’s activities take place in the Republic of Kazakhstan.We also started building data centers (mining farms) in Kazakhstan, which we want to scale. The company plans to list on the international exchange at the Astana international financial center by the end of this year. So we urgently need an Independent Directors from USA, Europe and Singapoure

Role can be managed remotly.

Work schedule options:
1) participation in BOD meetings in person
2) participation in BOD meetings online
3) absentee voting

Approximately 4 meetings per year.

Compensation package: to be discussed.

Requirements:

1. Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, mining industry
2. Previous experience working as a member of the Board
3. Successful IEO experience will be big plus
4. Good knowledge of one of following blockchain industry markets: USA, Europe or Singapore
