GBA Moscow Chapter President at Hackathon – CtrlHack
The first Hackathon “CtrlHack,” devoted to the development of technological solutions for control and supervision activities, was held September 22-23 at the Analytical Center under the Government of the Russian Federation.
President of the Moscow branch of the Government Blockchain Association Stanislav Taktaev took part in the hackathon as a mentor of projects. In his speech, he noted that blockchain technologies are very suitable for solving supervisory tasks through the creation of unchangeable distributed registries.
Following the results of two days of work, ten projects were presented: prototypes of mobile applications, web services, and data processing programs, which in the future can facilitate the work of control and supervisory bodies and improve the security of ordinary citizens.
Members of the jury, which included representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, the Analytical Center under the Government of the Russian Federation, the Federal Tax Service, the Open Data Project, MISIS University, especially highlighted the solutions presented by the teams:
In the nomination “Technological control,” the “Default” team won with the web service project for monitoring the technical condition of elevators. The prize is a one-day Design Thinking course at the SAP Digital Leadership Center, a partner of Hackathon.
In the “Userfriendly Control” nomination, the first team of the “USP” was created, which developed a prototype of GIS monitoring of public procurement (in construction) and received a special prize from the partner “METRAFOR” – an annual subscription to the magazine “Hacker” for all team members.
In the nomination “Perspective solution,” the victory was left for the team of the “ITC,” who came from St. Petersburg and presented the draft electronic check-list for the inspector. A special prize for the team was the English language course from SkyEng.
All teams are invited to finalize their projects and present them at the final conference on control and supervision activities in December.
More than 70 people attended the Hackathon with in total.
