Blockchain – The New Fuels for Digital Economies
In May 2020, I published a paper for the Singapore central bank’s training institute. My paper, “Blockchain – The New Fuels for Digital Economies”, is included in the banking and finance industry’s examination module. As global economies and workers are experiencing Covid-19 pandemic lock-downs, I argued why Blockchain is now so important for digital economies. This can be seen by rapid adoption from corporations and governments across critical supply chain and healthcare sectors. Together with the rise of digital blockchain currencies, the United Nation has identified blockchain as a new growth pillar. I concluded with an ethical statement in using blockchain technology as a force for the good of for digital economies.
