Huge Discounts on Acki Nacki Nodes

GBA is pleased to announce that GBA Members receive a special 30% discount off the prices of Acki Nacki protocol’s 20,000 nodes currently offered for sale to both experienced block validators and new entrants. This is an opportunity for members to participate in global adoption of the latest blockchain technology with unparalleled speed and finality.

What You Need:

  • Software: GBA member GOSH Operating company is offering its node software packages starting from only $1500.
  • Hardware: Minimum requirements for Block Keeper Nodes that anyone can buy are 8c/16t CPU, 64 GB RAM, 1 TB NVMe  Storage, and 1 Gbit synchronous unmetered Internet connection.
  • Hosting (Optional): Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Ampere offer hosting services at under $100/month.

These prices are many times less than other major blockchain node costs at much higher performance levels.

Calculate rewards by using the Acki Nacki Reward Calculator

Rewards are divided among three groups of network participants in Acki Nacki.

  • Block Keepers keep the network ticking. Block Keepers will receive 67.5% of all network tokens.
  • Mobile Verifiers – Acki Nacki makes sure everyone can participate without a need to run expensive server hardware, dramatically increasing network security and decentralization. Mobile Verifiers will receive 22.5% of all network tokens.
  • Block Managers manage the data and make it available. Block Managers will receive 10% of all network tokens.

These network participants make the network fast, secure, available, and censorship resistant.

FAQs:

  • Risk Management. In Acki Nacki, the protocol is the law. Like in Bitcoin, all future token rewards are coded into the protocol
  • No Supply Overhang. There is no pre-mine, nor investor or team allocation — all tokens are minted as block rewards
  • No Management Risk. The absence of a Foundation or DAO eliminates the risk associated with decision-making about token or network development.
  • Regulatory Compliance. Unlike token sales, a Node License is a regular commercial software licensing agreement,  reducing risks associated with securities regulations. In the case of Acki Nacki, the nodes perform real, not nominal, protocol functions, thereby eliminating potential future risks of the SEC or other authorities viewing Node Sales as a “token sale in disguise.”  In the U.S. and other countries where token sales are prohibited by securities laws, Node Sales have no such restrictions.
  • No Token Valuation Uncertainty. The token supply is fixed and follows an algorithmic curve. The operational cost is a known factor—there is no uncertainty regarding the token cost base and valuation.
    • Low FDV Aligns All Parties’ Interests.
    • Tokenomics modeled after Bitcoin but adapted for Proof of Stake (PoS).
  • No Development Risk. If the mainnet is not successfully launched within 60 days after the Node Sale ends, all proceeds will be returned.
  • Security. The protocol code is written in Rust, and all system smart contracts are formally verified, which is the highest standard in software security. The protocol’s scientific paper is peer-reviewed, and critical aspects of the protocol are formally verified.
