Project Funding Opportunities for GBA Members
The Project Funding Working Group collaborates with other GBA Working Groups to source and facilitate funding opportunities from a variety of sources. Examples include:
- Bahrain – One of the major initiatives benefiting from this working group’s efforts is the Blockchain BEACON Initiative in Bahrain. This initiative is designed to accelerate Bahrain’s leadership in blockchain innovation by integrating blockchain into the country’s finance, healthcare, and tourism industries.
- U.S. Workforce Development – Another exciting initiative proposed by the Project Funding Working Group is a workforce development project funded by the U.S. government. This project aims to modernize the U.S. workforce by equipping professionals with the skills needed to thrive in an era of emerging technologies, including AI, Blockchain, and other advanced innovations. By fostering education and training in these cutting-edge fields, the initiative will help ensure that American workers remain competitive and well-prepared for the future of work.
- Eco-system Grants – GBA working groups, like the Gaming Working Group and the Land Titling Working Group, are actively submitting ecosystem grants to drive blockchain innovation in their respective industries. These grants aim to fund projects that enhance transparency, security, and efficiency in areas like digital asset ownership, virtual economies, and secure land registration systems. By leveraging blockchain technology, these initiatives seek to modernize traditional processes, reduce fraud, and create new economic opportunities within their ecosystems.
If you’re a GBA member looking to secure funding for your blockchain project, now is the time to engage with the Project Funding Working Group. By leveraging GBA’s extensive network, expertise, and resources, you can take advantage of the numerous revenue opportunities available.
