Do You Want Your Flyer Distributed to GBA Event Attendees?

Follow these steps:

1. Fill out the form below and upload your file for pre-review.
2. Wait for confirmation that your one-page promotional materials has been accepted.
3. When you receive confirmation that it has been accepted, go to https://gbaglobal.org/payments and pay $990.
4. Send the file to the FedEx Office Print Shop located at 9600 Main St Suite A, Fairfax, VA 22031. Please follow the steps below:
   • Have FedEx print them onsite. Payment must be made to FedEx Office before GBA can pick up your order.
   • Please print 400 copies for the tote bags. Although nearly 500 attendees are registered, not everyone will take a tote bag and some may not attend.
   • Your order should be placed under your company name, C/O Kathy Dache – GBA. You are welcome to contact FedEx directly to confirm your order is ready.
   • Please ensure your order is available for pickup by February 27th and email events@GBAglobal.org once it is ready.
5. GBA will pick up the materials, bring them to the event, and insert them into the tote bags. We will also make digital copies of your flyer available to attendees.
6. You flyer will also be posted on the Virtual Tote Bag.
