GBA Establishes Government Funded Blockchain Research & Development Community

The Government Blockchain Association has launched an online community for people who want to work together to build government-funded research & development centers and projects.  The first project will be to test blockchain based payment and service delivery models for government services.  The initial research and study objectives are to determine whether blockchain based models improve access to, and quality, timeliness, and patient satisfaction of care and services; and create cost savings. A government entity is in the process of exploring service delivery and payment models and would like to solicit designs and ideas of product and service solution interventions.
