We are 501(c)(3) private operating foundation working towards building community under a set of shared first principles to educate the public and deploy emergent technologies to mitigate meaningless suffering around the world. Why? As individuals surrounded by others blessed with awareness and focus, it ought be considered incumbent on us all to leverage our gifts to safeguard the individual pursuit of self-actualization and ensure it is unimpeded by both misinformed institutional and malevolent market actors.
The voluntary community-regulated drive to define the ideal and then to ensure reasonable stewardship throughout emergent tech what drew our foundation to become members of GBA. We assessed and now believe in GBA leadership as being forthright and who share in the common ethos of proper stewardship. Our team has evaluated BMM and see it as the emerging gold standard for opt-in ONLY (non-fiat) quality assurance credentialization… asset of standards, or protocol if you will, that ought guide the development of emergent technologies to be used cross sector types, with products and services bearing its formal accreditation. It’s our believe and we are adopting as part of our foundation’s mission to se to it this quality accreditation may in short time serve as THE symbol that gives both consumers, investors and governments the assurance that ought be required before financially backing or entrusting your wealth and or reputation with a project / company / system.
In short, we need to ALL welcome and promote opt-in standards or else our complacency and failure to be proper stewards will transfer by sheer necessity the responsibility of burden to safeguard consumers/investors to our respective governments. With all of their earned respect, expertise, and even with the best intents, our institutions have effectively the least attractive track record we can think of in backing the right horse, so-to-speak. If we don’t foster a community regulated system for emergent tech to flourish, we will have ushered in our well-intentioned government’s taxpayer funded boot to mush the *sh out of our market. Is that what you want?
We sure hope not. For those who require super contemporary example, here you go – My favorite former guest MIT professor, Garry Gensler, the current SEC Chairmen (speaking to ya’ll at the SEC), the man who literally was one of 2 predominate forces behind my transition away the life sciences, international trade and disaster relief who brought me over to emergent technologies, has begun the process of messing with Circle’s $USDC claiming the USD dollar backed digital stable coin is a security.
To that I ask all ya’ll at the SEC… why? There is no rhyme or reason for such a pursuit, unless Chairmen Gensler knows something we don’t about Circle… which is possible.
However, we at CWF know our place entrusted to us by the IRS and that place is not to promote 1 type of legislation or the other (that’s what a working group is for). As such, it’s necessary for the preservation of our awe-inspiring (despite how geeky many of you make it sound) little corner of the tech world for us to work with the SEC and others so those organizations purposed to design and promote policy can relieve the SEC with such a burden so to ensure a misinformed set of ideas does not proliferate amongst our representatives and destroy the US as a home of innovation for emergent tech.
Don’t think we simply point the finger at government. Oh, no, our private sector tech-tigers and nonprofits. We have our eyes on you as well more so than our legislatures (see below our investigation into Celsius Network / FTX).
The failure of leadership throughout emergent tech to plant the fig tree stops now. One thing we do at CWF is elevate good leadership and hold predatory or complacent leadership failing to uphold the basic principles of truth and right action to account. Working group.
We are joining a working group here (public) and transitioning those individuals who share our common ethos into our circle of loyalty within CWF (Private) in furtherance of Cause#1 – Purging the villains and providing justice and relief to the victims of Celsius Case, FTX and others. We have a comprehensive list of bad actors along with the will and the strategy to set in motion a watershed moment in emergent tech. We are here, in large part, to amass an army of those most talented and dedicated, be them individuals or organizations.
Perhaps more important to those organizational members and Tech-titans within the GBA is our private equity venture, Citizen Warrior “x” (we are still TM’ing so for now, just go through our portal citizenwarrior.io to find our ecosystem since google will get you over to some hate group that is definitely NOT us). Here, we are utilizing the BMM to complete our design, guide our dev and subsequent deployment of what we have determined is the ideal web3 ecosystem (we are going to rebrand this whole Wb3 business… it’s stupid branding, just being real). This is where we aspire to usher in the returned assets from those claimants (read “victims”) of Celsius & FTX who wish to relocate their assets post-return following the Chapter 11 proceedings (accepted assets include $BTC, $ETH, & (hopefully) $USDC) in exchange for a 20% equity stake of the enterprise insofar a minimum amount of assets transferred is achieved (details will be made public as we near the end of the Celsius Chapter 11 event).
It is in this meaningful endeavor whereby we can make the individuals REKT by our prior failure to properly police our own, as it where, where we have the unique opportunity to work towards making the victims of Celsius/FTX maximally whole as our ecosystem can produce. This is an open invitation to GBA members who share our commitment to voluntary community opt-in accreditation utilizing BMM as emergent tech’s gold standard to apply to volunteer, partner or otherwise meaningful contribute with CWF in cooperation with GBA. As we are new members within the GBA and our very grateful and blessed to have been treated with such kindness, we will tamper down our style of truth-telling, that is, speaking radical truth for the betterment of the many. In that spirit we will simply say the following (this is us being respectful and nice. You’re welcome.):
1. If you are private sector leadership, your leadership is lacking (you’ll reject this).
2. If you are public sector leadership, your decisions, actions and omissions have been terribly ill-advised (you’ll agree in confidence).
3. If you are a nonprofit, where in the heck have you been during the CeFi implosion & FTX contagion (for heaven’s sake, we are eager for emergent tech-based nonprofit to reach out so we can work on providing material relief for those harmed by our collective failure to community-regulate our).
In short, this complacency or lack of urgency ends now across sector-types.

Such systems must be deployed and governed by men and women of good and moral character within a constitutionally parameterized self-executing ecosystem of decentralized & transparent governing processes. If you work/ed in the public sector, we highly encourage retired combat veterans with a background in intelligence to consider applying for a role as listed on our website as well as former or current diplomats insofar no conflict of interest exist and you and or your organization has not been sanctioned by OFAC or found guilty of FCPA compliance. Remember, we are still a young institution and so we require the meaningful contribution of will and effort to assist us in achieving what is best for all of us who value humanity and its ability to flourish.
Know that we are only capable as our valued partnerships, a mesh network bridging the divide across entity sectors & domains of expertise. Some such domains include finance, trade, title ownership, market creation & just information stewardship. We are onboarding a regulatory compliance firm to guide us so that we can work effectively across sector types without breaching those standards with which all ought abide to maintain a level playing field. All activities across sector types must always remain in strict compliance to US state and federal law both stateside and in our activities around the world.
There was once a dream that was a decentralized virtual free market ruled via a low barrier to entry & democratized governance that would constitute Web3 to be backed by sound value that can cross borders, uncorrelated to the excesses of irresponsible monetary policy as well as the manipulated & opaque traditional financial markets with which we’ve grown accustom. While that dream still lives on its flame has been dampened by weak men driven solely by the will to power.
We are in process of expanding our Board, building out our private (or public, whatever tickles your individual pickle) donor-network, accepting speaking engagements (gluck getting our Founder/Executive Director to cerca his boca, who you should take this moment to connect with in his non-CWF capacity at Twit & TG at @realMikeBenz), growing out our partnership network, forming private collaboration in furtherance of cleaning up the “crypto” market, and launching a GBA working group to see to it that our web-3 (ugh, hate the term) blockchain-based ecosystem represents the ideal of what BMM compliance and accreditation can offer consumers, investors, and governments.
In short… we need to rebuild public trust and we need to do so by working together.
