Confidios Achieves BMM Level One Rating for Self-Sovereign Data™

The Government Blockchain Association (GBA) is pleased to announce that Confidios, a pioneer in Self-Sovereign Data™ Governance, has successfully completed a Blockchain Maturity Model (BMM) assessment and has been rated at BMM Level One for its blockchain solution. This assessment was conducted by a GBA-authorized BMM Assessment Partner in accordance with GBA’s rigorous standards.

About the BMM and Level One Rating

The Blockchain Maturity Model is showcased by the  Dynamic Coalion on Blockchain Assurance & Standardization of the United Nations Internet Governance Forum (IGF). The model provides a structured framework to evaluate the maturity and reliability of blockchain-based solutions. A Level One rating indicates that foundational elements of a reliable blockchain solution have been documented and/or implemented, establishing a formal starting point for continual improvement.

Confidios was assessed against the eleven core BMM elements, including Governance* Identity Management, Security, Privacy, and Resilience, among others. The rating confirms that Confidios has met the *initial threshold for blockchain maturity by demonstrating evidence of sound design and implementation practices
