GBA AI Working Group Starts Jan 17
We’re excited to announce that the GBA AI Working Group will begin meeting weekly on Tuesdays at 12:00 PM (New York time) starting January 17, 2026.
Led by Dr. Yeshwant Muthusamy, a recognized expert in AI and a committed GBA leader, this group is taking on two important initiatives:
- Advancing the Blockchain Maturity Model (BMM) AI Supplement – This standards-based framework is being developed to evaluate and certify the trustworthiness of blockchain solutions that incorporate artificial intelligence—ensuring they meet rigorous performance, ethical, and governance standards.
- Enhancing GBA Member Collaboration with AI – The group will also explore how AI can be leveraged to improve member engagement, helping GBA members more easily connect, communicate, and collaborate within our growing global community.
