Group Description

The working group will address the needs blockchain can address with big data as it currently exists and into the future. The purpose of this working group is to collaborate to help propose and implement blockchain/distributed ledger solutions which can allow governments and societies to improve through systems to handle the massive data that is projected to be on the public web which is around 44 zettabytes and around 50 billion nodes(I.P. Addresses) in 2020. In doing so, we will explore, experiment, and test innovative technology opportunities while also holding lectures with thought leaders, technologists, and government leaders in for the ability to create collaboration that will impact the needs the world has for big data.
