Earle G. Hall is President and CEO of AXES.ai, the world's first cloud-based ERP system purpose-built for land-based casinos — now supporting operations in more than 30 countries from its Montreal headquarters. He chairs the Emerging Technologies Committee of the International Gaming Standards Association (IGSA), where he previously served as Chairman of the Board (Emeritus), and leads the architecture of global standards for AI, cashless, and cybersecurity in regulated gaming. He also chairs the AI and Cybersecurity Committee of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. A 2x TEDx speaker with more than 220 keynotes across six continents, a Royal Military College graduate and Army veteran, Earle holds an MPA and is a PhD candidate (final year) at Quantum University. In 2024, he received the United States President's Lifetime Achievement Award. Newfoundland-born, bilingual EN/FR, Earle lives in Las Vegas, Nevada.
