Steered the project that produced the government's first social network and managed the first government agency program dedicated to exploring, testing and developing digital/virtual engagement technologies for public sector use. Produced the government's first immersive virtual/hybrid engagement event in 2010. Consulted for tech-savvy public and private sectors in the areas of collaborative/learning technologies, low/no-code platforms, SaaS/PaaS applications, marketing, branding, collateral development, and sales/business management. Currently exploring and testing Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence technologies for federal government use.
