Jacki Roach has an extensive background in print production, labor management (including collective bargaining units), and managing both digital and physical supply chains. She was introduced to blockchain as an industrial application while obtaining her MBA in global supply chain logistics from Canisius University, where she deeply studied change management and international adoption of distributed ledger and blockchain technologies. She retired from newspapers in 2019 and has been educating, consulting, and building in Web3 with a number of teams and professionals groups. She focuses on change management strategies that align internal teams and external partnerships in adopting distributed technologies. She is a faculty member for the Digital Assets Council of Financial Professionals and currently serves as their relationship and engagement manager where she aligns sponsor deliverables with an audience of financial professionals.
