Summary of Experience | As a results-driven transformational leader of the United States Government Senior Executive Services (SES), I have 18 years of Executive Senior Leadership experience in administering 9 U.S. governmentwide management and administrative policies with a sphere of influence of $4T in the President’s annual budget and U.S. government’s financial statement, managing 17 international programs valued over $15B, directing strategic planning for and asset management of State Department’s global real estate portfolio of $105B comprised of 324 locations across 180 countries. Additionally, I have 16 years in Leadership and Management roles in progressive, complex organizations and executive agencies with a strong preference for efficient and effective management experience and customer service excellence. I have hands-on experience in strategic organizational leadership, senior stakeholder management, financial management, internal and external communications, and international relations. I have successfully led groups of highly technical employees and cross-organizational teams, created a vision of a future state, managed complex enterprise-wide programs, and projects, and contributed to diversity and excellence using information technology and displays to create transparency. In addition to proudly serving the American people as a Civil Servant, in order to quench my passion for helping the poor, feeding the hungry, and building homes for the homeless, without interfering with my federal job, I have been serving as an ordained priest giving back to the communities through various international charitable activities without ethical conflicts and financial gain (100% free charity service). Select completed charitable projects include 2004 Tsunami in India, 2015 Chennai Floods, 2015 Nepal Earthquake, 2018 Kerala Floods, Hurricane Katrina & Sandy, Mexico Earthquake, Free Medical Camp and Clean Water project in India, built 18 homes throughout India, rescued 65 employees of Indian and Bangladesh origin in captivity from Iraq, and organized adoption of 110 street dogs from Iraq. My priestly charitable activities enhanced my adaptive leadership competencies such as dialogical skill, emotional intelligence, adaptive change, conflict resolution, and strategic planning. My charitable activities further enhanced my adaptive leadership competencies such as dialogical skill, emotional intelligence, adaptive change, conflict resolution, and strategic planning. |
