Before You Get There
- Tote Bag – If you would like to have promotional material in the physical or Virtual Tote Bag please make sure that you have submitted your flyer on the Document Submission Form. We need the materials printed by September 10 to ensure they get inserted into the Tote Bags.
- Logo on Website – Make sure that your logo and any graphics are properly displayed on the Event Website.
- Speaking – If you are speaking, plesae make sure you review the Speakers FAQs page.
- Tickets – Please make sure that you have sent an email to events@GBAglobal.org with the names and information for all members of your organization attending the event(s) no later than September 20th. We will need:

September 29, Capitol Hill Roundtable

The Roundtable will be in a Conference Room at the US Capitol. Room Number TBD. Lunch will be served following the roundtable. Hill office visitis will begin after lunch and conclude in late afternoon.
Directions to Enter:
Enter the U.S. Capitol Visitors Center from the First Street side of the Capitol. You will go down a stairs or a ramp to enter through the security checkpoint. Please give yourself enough time to get through security.
Once inside you will need to go through security screening. Please note that the following items are prohibited:
- Aerosol containers and non-aerosol sprays (except for prescribed medical needs)
- Bags larger than 18″ wide x 14″ high x 8.5″ deep
- Bottles, cans, food, and beverage containers
- Sealed envelopes and packages

If you are attending the morning Roundtable turn right at the bottom of the stairs. A check in table will be set up outside our Conference Room with name badges. Signs will direct you to the room from the lobby upstairs.
September 30-The Future of Money, Governance, and the Law Conference

9:00 AM- 5:00 PM. Check-in begins at 8:30 AM. Coffee begins at 8:30.

For Sponsors with a display table: Set up for Display Tables in the Exhibit Hall at the National Press Club will begin at 7:15 AM on Sept 30. GBA has rented a large, sun-filled hall adjacent to the conference ballroom which will be set up with tables, blue tablecloths, step and repeat signs for each table with sponsors’ logo, tagline, and QR code to website on a FoMGL 2026 background. Please bring materials for display, or email your printable PDFs to the FedEX office at 10332 Main St, Fairfax, VA 22030. We will pick up your materials and bring them to the conference.
Annual Achievement Awards update: With the acquisition of the large auditorium at the United Nations Headquarters building in New York City, we have decided to hold the Annual Achievement Awards Ceremony in New York on October 2. All AAA Finalists will be given tickets to the Conference, the Gala Reception, and the New York Fintech Summit.
Gala Reception at the Whittemore House-1526 New Hampshire Avenue, N.W. September 30. 6:30- 10:00 PM
We will return again to the Whittemore House for GBA’s Gala Reception. This year’s reception will feature GBA’s own Cryptopoly game, a Monopoly-inspired game of trading sponsor-branded ‘Cryptopoly’ cards and movie money to win the basket of tokens, donated by our sponsors, at the end of the night. Sponsors will each get a Cryptopoly card featuring their name and logo for the game.

Hosted by the Dynamic Coalition of the Blockchain Assurance and Standardization, part of the UN Internet Governance Forum (UN IGF), and co- hosted by the UN Joint Staff Pension Fund (UN JSPF) and the Government Blockchain Association (GBA), this one day Fintech Summit will connect the international community of the United Nations with the finance community from Wall Street, discussing The Impact of AI, Blockchain, and Quantum on Global Financial Services.
There will be no exhibit tables at the Fintech Summit. Sponsors’ logos will appear in the signs from stage, from the auditorium, or on the welcome sign at the entrance door. All speaking opportunities will be confirmed through the Programs team and coordinated through Bryant Nielson, Speaker Liaison.
GBA’s Budget and Accountability Working Group, along with the Quantum WG and the Financial Services WG will present their report of the same name at this conference. All contributors will be mentioned in the report.
Annual Achievement Awards update: With the acquisition of the large auditorium at the United Nations Headquarters building in New York City, we have moved the Annual Achievement Awards Ceremony in New York on October 2. Sponsors involved with the Annual Achievement Awards will be able to present awards, open with a keynote, or give a brief talk on the essence of Leadership, Innovation, Social Impact, Courage, or Organizational Excellence. Sponsors with this benefit will only address one of the awards.
This Summit will take place during the United Nations’ General Assembly.
