I work at the intersection of economic diplomacy, international expansion and technology-driven business. As a member of the Mexican Foreign Service, my current focus is on promoting Mexico as a strategic platform for companies looking to expand across North America and Latin America, with particular interest in SaaS, fintech, martech, e-commerce, artificial intelligence, blockchain and other digital-economy sectors. My work involves engaging founders, executives, investors, venture capital firms, accelerators and other business ecosystem players to identify expansion opportunities, understand growth plans and connect them with Mexico’s capabilities in market access, talent, operations, technology and regional scalability. My background combines diplomacy with hands-on experience in international operations, technology infrastructure, market entry and business execution. Earlier in my career, I helped develop and scale a regional technology and communications model for Mexican diplomatic and consular offices. Between 2016 and 2021, the initiative expanded from 23 to 38 offices across Asia-Pacific, Oceania, Africa, the Middle East and selected European locations. From 2022 to 2025, I worked as an independent consultant supporting international companies with market entry, local operations and cross-border coordination in Mexico. I have worked across B2B technology, SaaS, martech, e-commerce, blockchain and other digital business environments. My current work brings these experiences together through investment promotion, international business development and economic diplomacy, with Mexico at the center of that conversation.
