Mr. Parry has been involved in the Real Estate Industry for over Thirty-Years (30). He has held leadership positions ranging from Title Officer, Mortgage Underwriter, Real Estate Agent Licensed in Utah, Arizona and California simultaneously. He also holds Residential and Commercial Contractor licenses in Arizona and California. Mr. Parry held security licenses, Six / Sixty-Three and Life – Health Licenses in California. A majority of his career has been in the residential Real Estate and Commercial Construction arena. After completing his university studies starting in Arizona and finishing at Brigham Young University, Mr. Parry embarked on a career in Real Estate. Starting in 1983 to 1988, he built a series of apartment complex in the Phoenix area. Total project costs exceeded four million over five years. In 1989, Rex moved to California where he secured his Residential and Commercial Contractors License, building custom homes in the Santa Clarita area of North Los Angeles County. While in California, Mr. Parry got involved in politics and talk radio. Beginning in 1995 Rex worked as a program director for a brokered talk show broadcast on KRLA Radio Glendale, California. In 1996, he returned to Arizona and worked as a contractor building residential homes and the Triangle Truss Office Complex in Chandler Arizona. On July 1st, 1999 Mr. Parry began hosting his first talk radio show. Twelve years later Rex is still on the air. For over a decade Mr. Parry has hosted a radio talk show broadcast in KFNX 1100 AM. Using the radio show, Rex has opened doors to introduce politicians to business movers and shakers in the Phoenix area. Rex has used the radio show to propel his number one sponsor, Fidelity Title of Maricopa County, from number seven market share starting on July 1999 to number one market share. This is a position Fidelity Held from 2004 through 2007. Rex has interview John McCain, Jon Kyl, Jeff Flake, Governor Brewer, Russell Pearce, Terry Goddard and the list goes on. To this day Rex is a respected friend of the chambers of commerce members in the Phoenix business community.
