Dazi changed the description of the group Intellectual Property (IP) – Arts & Entertainment from “Welcome to the Intellectual Property (IP) – Arts & Entertainment group! Our mission is to explore how blockchain technology can revolutionize the arts and entertainment industries. Currently, we focus on:

-How artists and musicians can retain more economic interest in their works using blockchain-related business models.
-Whether blockchain use cases challenge current intellectual property laws or whether they supplement them.

Additionally, we are excited to announce a new initiative in partnership with Sirius Africa, an early-stage startup piloted by the group leader, Dazi Ezekiel-Zang. Sirius Africa aims to support creative entrepreneurship globally through a blockchain-based project management platform with crowdfunding functionalities.

The project streamlines project management for creatives using AI-assisted tools and enables investors to properly vet creative projects on the platform. It serves as a one-stop-shop that improves investor-creator communication.

We encourage all members to contribute insights on how we can enhance this holistic approach and redefine the standards in project management and funding through blockchain for the creative industries.
