The Birds of a Feather Reception is an exclusive, Civil Servants-only gathering held on Friday late morning. It enables local, state, provincial, national, and international public-sector professionals to connect, communicate, and collaborate. Guests discuss how they are using blockchain, web3, and other emerging technologies to meet constituent expectations and deliver public services to the citizens and communities they serve.
